For the past few years we have been dreaming of making Hawaii and more specifically, the Big Island our home. We thought of ourselves as fairly experienced in the locations we wanted to purchase and had strong ideas about the direction we would take. Molly, so convinced at the end of several long days that a specific home was “the one”, she arranged our tour and yes, it was “the one”. We put an offer on the home that very day! I can’t say enough about our positive experience. I will say that if you are so lucky as to be able to have Molly Harris as your agent you are in excellent hands and your Hawaiian Dream is closer than ever to becoming reality.

But one morning, while casually browsing Zillow, I stumbled upon our dream home. Thankfully and rather fortuitously, my father had already made the connection with Molly several months prior while engaged in other business on the Big Island and he was keen to give me her number. I wasted no time in picking up the phone and immediately felt like I was talking with an old pal. Molly quickly gave me direction on how to take a shot at our dream home and through a series of extremely well executed emails, texts, and phone calls that same day, we amazingly submitted an offer, site unseen, and were accepted by 9 p.m. that same night! Molly worked with the precision, skill, and expertise of a surgeon and with the heart and care of a nurse (I can say that because I'm a nurse myself!). She has incredible attention to detail, an amazing instinct for the business, and the passion and patience to truly match each and every one of her clients with the most perfect home for their wants and needs. We are one year later and living in our dream home on the Big Island and I still consider Molly a friend and trusted advisor.

It was a huge move for us, relocating from the east coast of the mainland. Not only did she make sure the contract ­submittal­ to ­closing process went meticulously well, but she also provided us with professional contacts who refreshed our home and reputable movers who ensured all our goods from the mainland were safely delivered in a timely manner. Unlike some realtors, Molly did not break off ties with us after the deal was sealed. A true friend, she is literally just a text, email or phone call away from happily offering any type of advice and help. Her smiling personality is contagious and her energy knows no bounds!
